Robin Haynes Fisher died after reaching the summit of the worlds highest mountain and is believed to be one of ten people to have died on the overcrowded slopes in nine days. An American climber Austrian climber and two Indian climbers are also reported to have died. A BRITISH climber who died on Mount Everest said overcrowding on the mountain could be fatal just hours before the tragedy. Robin is the tenth person to die on Everest this season with most suffering weakness exhaustion and delays on the crowded route to the summit.
