Commission investigators determined inaction and failure among executives at Wynn Resorts played a role in the neglect to disclose allegations of sexual misconduct against Steve Wynn at the time the company secured its Boston area casino license. The findings come as regulators have completed the first of a 3 day hearing into whether Wynn Resorts remains suitable to hold its casino license.
