The Oklahoma Archaeological Survey used ground penetrating radar to search north Tulsas Oaklawn Cemetery on Monday. Officials say that Mondays search was largely inconclusive because nearby cameras and cellphones interfered with scanning equipment. Scientists and forensic anthropologists began scanning Oaklawn Cemetery on Monday for anomalies that might be consistent with mass graves. Bynum announced last year that he would reopen the investigation into mass graves calling it a murder investigation. In Oaklawn Cemetery there is a grassy portion of the park with no marked graves. The survey team started working at 9 Wednesday morning. They briefly called the search off later in the day due to rain but went back to work after about an hour
